the gouvernance proposal was reject.
I thinck this is because of the “bug” of harbor. is it planned to relaunch the proposal?
I can’t check the details, but it can also be (most likely) that the proposal did not get enough votes to pass quorum.
I would estimate that it will be relaunched soon.

Hey it was not because of a bug, But because the quorum wasn’t reached. The new proposal is live.
